My grandfather is obsessed with music, my father is obsessed with prime numbers, and I, who have an exceptionally large body, live a modest life with him. One midsummer night, I wake up alone and hear a strange sound: thump, thump, thump. It was the footsteps of a wheat-stomping Kutse. This is the story of the absurd tragedy and comedy that befalls a boy who aspires to be a musician. An overwhelming, celebratory piece of music resonates in the midst of sadness.
The costume design, which is entirely monotone and depicts the world from the perspective of the heroine who can only see in black and white, uses dozens of different monotone materials to create over 20 character costumes, making the characters stand out and bridging the gap between reality and fantasy.
