The musical "Memphis" depicts the life of a real-life DJ who used music to break through racial discrimination in the American South.
The key music was composed by David Bryan of the world-famous rock band BON JOVI, and the show won Tony Awards for Best Musical, Best Book, Best Original Score, and Best Orchestrations.
This Broadway musical features director Ed Iskandar, who continues to make great strides, including receiving a special Drama Desk Award for directing the Japanese performance, and choreography by Jeffrey Page, widely known for his work on Beyonce's music videos.
